MLA Style, 9th edition

The Modern Language Association (MLA) has created a simplified set of rules for writing within the discipline of humanities, especially literature and languages.

These rules are referred to as “MLA style of documentation” or just “MLA.”

The goal of MLA is to provide proper documentation for scholarly borrowings and research.

At RCC, you may use MLA in order to document your sources and avoid plagiarism.
