Using Library Resources

  • Students must have their student ID or a library card to check out materials.
  • Instructors may request a library account to borrow library materials. 
  • College and Career Readiness student photo IDs cost $.50. Replacement IDs cost $5.00.
  • Book loans are 3 weeks (student overdue fines are $.10 per day)
  • DVD & CD loans are 3 days (student overdue fines are $.50 per day)
  • Periodicals (magazines, journals, newspapers) can only be used in the library.
  • The Library has 51 computers equipped with Windows 10 & MS Office 2016 and two flatbed scanners.
  • Black & white computer printouts cost $.05 each and color printouts cost $.20 each for students. Instructors may request the use of a prepaid copy card when printing course-related materials.
  • Photocopies cost $.10.
  • A password is required to use all library databases off-campus. If you do not know your MyRCC username and password, contact the library for help.
